name: location: e-mail: age: connect:	Philippines Gian Philippines submerged75@bolt.com 14 fiona is a writer... fiona is a singer... fiona is a poet... but, most of all, fiona is an INSPIRATION... this phenomenon hasnt just made her mark in the music industry, but also in me. in the way i feel, in the way i live my life, in the way I struggle through life's trials and disappointing hardships. i saw fiona apple on MTV philippines a year ago with her 'underwear' video "CRIMINAL" but i didn't really mind 'coz i really wasn't that big a music buff as i am now.... but things change sometimes and i heard "Across the Universe" sung in that smoky alto of hers, and i fell in love. for months i searched high and low for "Tidal" but with no luck. But last month whilst walking in the mall, i stumbled on a music bar and found the beautiful 'Tidal' and the rest is history. her words are full of real depth and raw indignancy which has really pushed me through and all of a sudden im not scared anymore, i dont have to be this or that and be totally hypocritical to anyone. fiona has encouraged me to be myself and survive. her music is my ventilation! as a poet, i connect to fiona in the writing wiseness...her words resonates and transcends such strong feelings and somberness and leaves you with an aura thats totally inexplicable.
	i hope she gets more bigger than she already is! bigger than any bimbo named spears or aguilera or some untalented teeenybopper who doesnt even understand what she or he or they are blabbering about! and hopefully, she gives the Philippines and Cebu a visit and im sure i'll go to any length just to see her! i wish she'd do that! it always amazes me how she has been given such a gift and all the controversy that used to envelope her. fiona really connects to me and gives out these vibes that any other female performer can like, say, jewel, alanis or tori. fiona is an angel and i love her for that! sp miss fiona, if you're reading (I HOPE!) please come here and perform in Cebu, Philippines! i would kill for tickets or even just a glimpse of you! fiona is a soldier! i wish miss apple the best in her career or in any aspect and facet revolving around her! bye, love you!
name: location: e-mail: age: connect:	Jason Philippines bea@i-next.net 17 fiona is a heroine for the brittle youth who have learned how to sharpen their bones in self-defense from her example. she gives me pride whenever i am bludgeoned and battered. i hope that she knows that i am only one among many of the internally deformed who will think of her to survive whenever i bleed. i wish her the best of luck and i am thankful to have her present in my lifetime.

Fiona is someone i look up to as a musician/poet. she understands what's ineffable. she's one icon of strength and femininity. she sets the fire for those who are staying long in darkness and cold. she knows the Pain and heals other through what the Pain has taught her. if i could only find a way to meet her i would. we're bounded, but i don't want to lose hope. i love her, her words, her music.
