I'm not exactly sure what to put here.  Interesting fact - Fiona is the only artist I have ever bought on an impulse. I was on my way to the store, and I heard Shadowboxer on the radio. So when I go the store, I was browsing around the "upcoming artists" section and I saw Fiona. I think it was RIGHT after her album came out, because it was only $8.99. It was before Christmas 1996. Anyways, I bought it because I loved the sound of Fi's voice. So smooth, and jazzy. Way better than the crap some vocalists try to pass off as singing. As I got to know more about as a person, I came to admire her sincerity and honesty. Um, that's about it.

I think Fiona is the best artist there is...not only because she can sing, but because everything about her is so poetic...her words, her hair, the way any picture she's in looks so mystifying but yet captures an indescribable beauty that no one else possesses. She's such an individual and she respects everyone. Her music is so soothing and it's comforting when it seems like everything else in the world is crappy. She's there when no one else is...her music hits home for so many of us and that's why i love it and respect her as an artist. She is also a example for most teens because she shows that you can be yourself without answering to anyone else. That's what I think of Fifi...

Of all the modern music, Fiona's is the only that I like.  It's good before I go out and it's good before I go to sleep.  I waited and waited for a new album; and now that it's coming in a month, i'm giddy.

Well Fiona means so much to me. She has been my favorite artist since i was 11 or 12. It really sounds cheesy but i can relate to her songs. it is her music that got me into poetry and now i have been published a few times. I know this is a cheesy note but It means a lot to hear her music and i hope to hear that she has made another album.

                 thanx-
